  • Initial telecon with SOC
  • Website ready
  • Application form ready before Christmas (?)
  • Application Open at AAS
  • Application Deadline Mar 15
  • First participant selection Mar 31 + funding ready
  • Participant list ready mid-May
  • AHW August/September
