Can Environment Variables be used instead of a Configuration file (swa-cli.config.json) when running swa command?

According to the documentation it says:

The SWA CLI gets configuration information for your Azure Static Web Apps in one of two ways:

from CLI options (passed in at runtime)
from a CLI configuration file (created and stored in project)

Are you including Env Vars in the statement "from CLI options (passed in at runtime)"?
