Disallow connection from non-BTT transfers

Currently, smaller teams can be overwhelmed when a random server transfers people to them.

Feature request:

• Disallow connections that come from no-BTT transfers.
• Make this behavior configurable per team/server.
• Optionally, display a message to the server indicating where a transferred user came from.

This will help reduce disruptions and give teams better control over incoming connections.

Warning

Due to largely increased scope and the fact that it's not really necessary this is on Hold for now. Infos about that which were written in the Discord will be eventually transferred here.
