Subject: [PATCH] chore: bump Scrutor.Extensions.HttpClient to 7.0.1 for .NET
 10 consumers

5.0.1 constrained Microsoft.Extensions.Http to [9.0.0, 10.0.0), so every .NET 10
consumer of TvdbClient got NU1608 through no fault of their own. 7.0.1 widens the
range to [9.0.0, 11.0.0). The .AsHttpClient() surface Bootstrapper uses is
unchanged; specs pass.
