conference starts_at field could not be updated

i'm trying to update conference starts_at field with php api according to documentation but it's not working
maybe i 'm missing something
i've made test with phpunit
Any ideas?

@franckysolo Have you found how to resolve this issue or found any workaround? Seems like some bug in rest api.
