Currently the feedback workshop is slightly overloaded with information; providing trainees with 4 different approaches to giving structured feedback is potentially too much for them to attempt. One option would be to focus specifically on a single framework (say, SBI) and spend more time talking about how to do that well and practicing, with more scenarios and examples focussed on that one, with more specific critiquing and honing that particular skill.
If we want to make it slightly more broad, we could also keep the GROW framework given that that is targeted to a very specific kind of feedback not covered by any of the original other 3.
