ChrisEditor: share current color palette between opened assets

Like Gimp, colors should persist between tabs. I think a following flow should be introduced:

• share both active color and last used colors between all active ChrisEditor instances
• have a category of most appearing colors in the asset separate for each ChrisEditor instance.
