Experiment with creating Mac port

Description

• I think we should at least attempt to create a Mac port of Notepad#.

Technical Investigation

• This would involve using Mono to actually create the port, and probably adding some preprocessor conditional statements to use different code depending on the operating system of the host machine.

I plan on tasking an AI agent to try and create the port, I can then either create another repository, or I can create a folder in this repository with the source code for the mac port. If the agent is successful that is.
