Releases (.tar.gz and .zip) miss the uthash_submodule files

Describe the bug
Downloadable release files miss the contents of src/libltfs/uthash_submodule

To Reproduce

1. Try to compile using the releases source code
2. Unable, missing src/libltfs/uthash_submodule contents

** Fix **

1. clone the repository at the exact release tag
2. git submodule update --init --recursive
3. compilation works as expected

The automation packaging the releases should not leave the directory empty.

Expected behavior
Having the contents of src/libltfs/uthash_submodule in releases files.
