Color scheme of publication pages for dark mode is hard to read

In dark mode, publication pages look like this:

The main problem here are the text colors.
section headers "zbMATH Keywords" and "Mathematics Subject Classification ID" appear in a light gray that is not well visible given the white background. Against black background, as in the "Recommendations" header, this works much better. On the other hand, the text in the abstract box appears to be the same color of the abstract box and is thus not visible at all.

Tasks by priority:

1. Set the text in abstract-box to light gray.
2. Change the color of links in dark boxes to something more visible.
3. Change the background color of the entire page to black.
4. After 4, change colors of the pill-shaped boxes under the title.

Or otherwise, make the appearance of dark mode to be the same as light mode.

@timconrad in Firefox, you can use about:preferences#appearance to get dark mode by default.
