Proposal of new courses to add

Hi! 🤗

I would like to add a few additional courses as a suggestion to be possibly added:

• Introduction to Deep Learning (I2DL) (IN2346) at TUM, with PyTorch
• UvA - Machine Learning 1, based on the Bishop book

If you would accept any of these, let me know. I would then create a pull request.

However, please note, that I am not in connection with any of the creators of these courses and therefore cannot guarantee if adding links here is fine. But since we are just linking to the courses that are already publicly available on the internet, there shouldn't be any issues?
