OpenShellSetup_4_4_198.exe fails to extract

Hello, It seems this .exe is not correct, It fails to extract.
Could this be corrected ?

No problem here.

Did you download it from our official releases page?
https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu/releases/tag/v4.4.198

Does its hash matches the one displayed on releases page?
Do you run it as administrator (does it ask for elevation)?

Can't you have something on your machine that block file creation in C:\ProgramData?

I did download from official release. The hash is OK. I thought the problem came because I was not administrator when I ran it.

But I tried as administrator too, and I got stuck in the install windows... (see image joined). Cancelling is impossible too. No answer.

Of course I shutdowned the running Open-Shell before starting the new release installation.

Any idea ?
