Error when installing openshell when classicshell existed

I have a win10 with classicshell 4.4.131, when i tried to install openshell, the current version at time of this report, and i get an error

To reproduce

install openshell on a machine that has classicshell

Expected behavior

No response

latest

Windows version

win10 pro

Something is blocking access to that folder.
Did installer asked for elevation (admin password)?
Can you try to run it as administrator?

yes with elevated (right click, run as admin)

You can try to uninstall Classic Shell first (settings will remain on the machine), to see if that will help.

Though it is rather weird. That is standard start menu folder, so it should be not blocked.
