I know how to program, but only in GameMaker, so I probably won’t be able to help with that part. But if you can extract the original music tracks, I can work on a remaster and/or remix, since I’m also a producer/composer. And, if needed, I can translate the game into Brazilian Portuguese, as well as create a step-by-step guide for installing the game in that language.
