argument order in fasterize2()

the first and second arguments to `fasterize2()` should be swapped to make it consistent with `fasterize::fasterize()` and `terra::rasterize()`, and make it more intuitive to use.

fasterize2 <- function(emptyRaster, polygonToFasterize, field) { ... }
```
