Fix for December 2015 update

RawConsoleCommand was removed, dunno what to replace with

[Python1320]

Works but still bugs:

• menu_reload doesn't reload menu
• RunConsoleCommand praises second argument with ("") around it, I found work around for server connecting but other commands might be affected if anyone is modifying
