Regions - just not working

I created a region, with fillipo as owner, and he can't break some block in the region he owns (no overides, and his region has the priority...)

Ok, I may have found the issue, it’s about selecting regions, it seems like we can’t select from an corners to any corners. We need I think only est- west to north-east or it won’t work, still need to confirm the direction of the angles, but I think those are the directions or it won’t work
