Add a built-in image optimization component for TanStack Start

It would be useful for TanStack Start to provide a first-class image component similar to Next.js Image.

For example:

• Automatic responsive image sizing
• WebP and AVIF support
• Lazy loading
• Width and height handling to reduce layout shift
• Image optimization and compression
• CDN integration
• Support for both local and remote images
• Configurable optimization providers

TanStack Start already provides a strong foundation for full-stack React applications. Having an official image optimization solution would reduce the need for developers to assemble this part of the stack themselves or rely on third-party services.

It could also be designed in a framework-agnostic way so developers can choose their image provider while keeping the same "" API.
