Dictionary for CollisionTabulatedDataY and CollisionTabulatedDataYDataList has the same description

In the dictionary for the returnables, CollisionTabulatedDataY and CollisionTabulatedDataYDataList have the same description: "List of tabulated Y data values". This is quite confusing, as one has to pass the list of tabulated values to CollisionTabulatedDataYDataList.

At first look, I think we can remove the words like CollisionTabulatedData and CollisionTabulatedDataY altogether. They are only used by makePrimaryType() and serve as base for other words. If true, it might be worth going through all uses of makePrimaryType and see if we have more words which should not be listed as Returnables - their content will be ignored anyway...
