Subject: [PATCH] Add a policy to ban contributions by LLMs/AIs

Many projects out there are being infested with low-quality contributions, both from issues and pull requests, and walls of text of LLM slop.

Add a total ban on code that is generated with or assisted by LLMs / AI models, so the project can avoid such problems (in the most part).

+- No AI / no LLMs for translation. Communication in English is preferred, but you're welcome to write in your native language and rely on others to translate your text with their own tools.
