dist-tags.latest on npmjs.org is stuck at version 4.2.2

Hi,

Looking at https://registry.npmjs.org/@xtuc/long, we can see that the metadata is wrong for the dist-tags.latest key; it is still at 4.2.2. This causes Guix and I assume other tools to import this version instead of the latest when updating/importing the package.

This package is long on npm.

@xtuc/long is a fork I cannot help with.

The proper fix is to stop depending on the fork and to depend on the original package instead.
