How to make height of the frame title fixed?

Thanks for ceating this wonderful beamer theme.

I am using this theme with chinese and english. And I found that the height of the frame title is different between english title and chinese title, which make the look&feel weird. 

So how to make the length of the frame title fixed no matter whether with english or chinese?
