When using the editor on Linux distro, clicking on any path on the pluginś interface will lead to an infinite loop of folder-selecting popups

I came upon this issue on bazzite while developping in Unity 6000.4.3f1, whenever I click on any of the paths that are on the plugin. it leads to an infinite loop of windows for selecting a folder. Whatever you do, click open, cancel or close with the x, another window will pop right after this one closes.
