Generated violin plots sometimes cannot be rendered inline in GitHub

I think this might be an issue with how GitHub renders SVGs, but occasionally the SVGs generated for violin plots won't render, and instead an error message is displayed saying "Error rendering embedded code: Invalid image source".

This SVG is one such example. I suspect it's an issue with GitHub, because the raw SVG renders fine for me.

I'm using Chrome on a Mac, in case it matters.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the cause is -- maybe GitHub just has a maximum file size or something to prevent DoS.
