Generate ctags for flow types

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. Would be super useful to generate ctags to make it easier to navigate types in vim.

You can check this https://github.com/romainl/ctags-patterns-for-javascript for some ideas. If you are using universal ctags then you don't need big part of this as universal ctags has good support of modern js (code here https://github.com/universal-ctags/ctags/blob/master/parsers/jscript.c). However flow is not supported by universal ctags.
