Create a migration script

We need to provide an easy way to move a device from FoundriesFactory to the satellite server

I've done minimal testing with this script and was able to move a device to my satellite server:

The problem this script has is that fioconfig doesn't reload its configuration.

This PR to fioconfig: foundriesio/fioconfig#82 gets us primitive support for migrating a device from the foundries backend to an update server.
