Fix proposed in PR #5: #5

What changed:

• UID FETCH now catches per-UID imaplib.IMAP4.error instead of crashing the reader.
• The reader records last_imap_fetch_error_uid and last_imap_fetch_error in queue state.
• It advances last_uid only for the known Lookup failed case from this Sentry issue; other fetch failures stay retryable.
• Added focused tests for exception lookup failures, NO Lookup failed, and non-lookup failures.

Traceability: TASK-91150, commit 34d4b8d.
Tests: pytest -q passed, 158 tests with 1 existing Starlette/httpx deprecation warning.
