Stop prompting for "name" of new ad hoc LOIs/sites

TL;DR: Make instructions for "Name this location" adjustable

It's not about stopping to prompt for a name, but about the possibility to give instructions in the prompt. Naming is indeed important, but the current workflow leaves people confused without instructions.

It always looks like this:

Instead of "Name this location" and "A new data collection site will be created", ideally the survey organizer would be able to customize the instruction, e.g., "Name this location" + "Give the site name and owner's name".

Further, the prompt should pop up right away after completing the geolocation, not only after clicking "Next".

In that case, rather than adding more complexity to the survey flow, I would suggest we fix this when turn LOI creation into another job task. There would be a text task (by default, the first one), which would be used as the name for the LOI, and a geometry task (by default the first one), which would be used to add the site location. I'll discuss more with @vittorino soon, since designs would make it clearer how this simplifies things both in survey creation and data collection flows.

Yes, having a default naming task with an instructions field would be great. Survey organizers could specify the naming convention there.
We might want to have these two somehow inextricably linked together (thinking of a double task with two instructions to be given).
