Currently our tests seem to run then the Generate.js workflow starts up late and it makes a commit.
This isn't the best as if the js bindings are out of date we aren't really testing what we intend to test and ci will fail with no good way to retrigger on the bots commit.
We might want to configure it so that the bot will also dispatch the workflows on the new commit.
