Problem
The Catalog does not have a text effect where each incoming word pushes the existing phrase left and the complete line remains centered.
Hyfrme already includes this motion as a port of Remocn's Kinetic Center Build. The closest Catalog text effects reveal or replace words, but do not recenter the growing phrase.
Proposed solution
Add Kinetic Center Build as a native HyperFrames component. Keep the original two-second motion, rebuild it as seek-safe HTML and GSAP, and expose the text, font size, entry offset, color, and weight as Catalog variables.

Alternatives considered
The existing staggered text components can reveal a phrase, but they do not move earlier words as each new word lands. That reflow is the useful part of this effect.
Additional context
The component should retain the original attribution and license notice.
