Documentation for passing LabelParameterValue parameter from a pipeline groovy script

It would be good to document what class (LabelParameterValue) and value type/format should be used when filling a label parameter from a Pipeline groovy script. Like:

[$class: 'LabelParameterValue', name: "${name}", label: "${value}"]

Woah... I wonder, is it possible to define that parameter for a declarative pipeline?
