根因:调度器不校验账号是否支持所请求的模型，gpt-5.6-sol 这类新模型会被派给套餐不支持的普号，上游返回 400 invalid_request_error: The 'gpt-5.6-sol' model is not supported when using Codex with a ChatGPT account. 并直接透传给客户端。

修复分三层:

1. 账号级"支持模型"白名单:每个账号可配置可调度的模型列表（留空 = 放行全部）。调度器只会把白名单内模型的请求派给该账号。
2. 被动兜底 + 自动换号:即使没配白名单，网关也会识别这条特定的 400，把该"(账号, 模型)"冷却 30 分钟，并自动换到支持该模型的账号重试，而不是把错误抛给客户端。
3. 一键探测可用模型:在「账号 → 支持模型」弹窗里点「探测可用模型」，网关会用该账号自身凭据并发实测系统内的每个文本模型（不含图像模型），逐模型实时显示 测试中 / 可用 / 不支持 / 限流 / 失败，测试成功的自动加入白名单。探测全程只读，不改动账号任何状态。也提供「从上游同步」直接拉取账号的真实模型清单。

用法:账号行「⋯ 更多操作 → 支持模型」→ 点「探测可用模型」→ 确认后保存。如截图，普号会把不支持的模型（如 gpt-5.3-codex-spark）标为「不支持」并排除，只保留实测可用的模型。
