Rails 6 support

Hi

When upgrading to rails 6.0, I keep getting this error:

NoMethodError: undefined method `scaler=' for #<Class:0x00007f848d5c3c80>
17:06:48 worker.1    | /Users/username/.rvm/gems/ruby-2.6.6/gems/activerecord-6.0.3.4/lib/active_record/dynamic_matchers.rb:22:in `method_missing'

I am using this in development.rb, which cause the error:

config.after_initialize do
    Delayed::Job.scaler = :null
end

anyone else having this issue? Was working fine before the upgrade. I am running 2.2.0
