Add option to set consent mode

IMPORTANT: We would like to have the option to set correct consent mode more info: https://help.ads.microsoft.com/apex/index/3/en/60119 (now we are not complaint to GDPR)

We should have general setting like we have for Google:

We could make this setting also set Bing defaults or add a setting in Bing to manage default consent. How to do that is explained here: https://help.ads.microsoft.com/apex/index/3/en/60119#:~:text=Example%20UET%20tag%20with%20automatic%20consent%20disabled%3A

How to set the actual consent data i'm not sure at this point..

I want to inform everyone running into the same problem, we solve it for now by setting consent in CloudFlare for Bing to Marketing. This will not resolve the notification in Bing but it will make sure not to sent any events if there is no marketing consent.

That would be a great addition to the Bing Tool! We are currently running the tool and all events are captured successfully but without proper consent signals. So Microsoft keeps nagging us to setup consent as soon as possible (Because EEU rules).
So an extra custom field in the tool to send ASC=G (or do this automatically because the tool only runs after consent is set in Zaraz) would be a great update.
We tested a custom tool for BING and this will send UET consent as expected. But this is a completely client side solution and that's not why we opted for Zara ;)

I hope that there will be a solution in the future where we are able to use the BING tool with proper UET consent options same like the Google Ads and GA4 tool are doing at the moment. (Or proper documentation how to set it up would be appreciated)
