Bug Description

Creating a new folder fails when the file share folder is opened from Quick Access.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch storage explorer.
2. Expand a storage account -> File Shares.
3. Create a file share -> Upload a folder.
4. Right click the folder -> Click 'Pin to Quick Access'.
5. Open the quick access folder.
6. Click 'New Folder' -> Enter a valid folder name -> Click OK.
7. Check whether succeeds to create the new folder.

Actual Experience

Failed to create the new folder.

Fixed and integrated. The file-extension fix (FileSharePathConnection normalization for Quick Access) shipped in file-extension@1.9.12 (ADO PR !758682), and Standalone now consumes it via the dependency-pin bump 1.9.11 -> 1.9.12 (ADO PR !759596, merged to main).

Verified this issue on the main build 20260722,1. Reproduce, So, we are going to reopen it.

Fixed and shipped to main. The fix is bundled into Standalone via file-extension 1.9.13, pinned by ADO PR 760958 (merge commit 58e0692f19). Main CI build 20260722.4 succeeded. Closing as completed.
