Update Joinmarket Directory node defaults in mynode_startup.sh

Removal of defunct directory nodes with currently opearting ones

The current default directory nodes located in the mynode_startup.sh are mostly defunct. I think there is one, or two currently reachable; those being coinjointovy3eq5fjygdwpkbcdx63d7vd4g32mw7y553uj3kjjzkiqd.onion:5222 & odpwaf67rs5226uabcamvypg3y4bngzmfk7255flcdodesqhsvkptaid.onion:5222 w/ the default config.

The currently operating / reachable directory nodes should be defaulted in the mynode_startup.sh and the defunct nodes removed.

Additionally, Take a look at Joinmarket-NG ( https://github.com/joinmarket-ng/joinmarket-ng ) as a future replacement for Joinmarket-Clientserver (which is now deprecated).

JM-NG seems largely backwards compatible with joinmarket-clientserver & JAM, and seems the only viable repo being updated.
