Is it possible to define custom landmarks and objects for recognition?

In a case where there is a need to cluster together places or landmarks at a regional level, where the landmarks are not globally known, but only locally, it would make sense to let the user tag them after clustering. For example: "I want to find all the pictures with that fountain in my town". The model would cluster together the pictures and I would be able to add a tag, in my language.

My understanding is that this is not possible at the moment as we are bound to a given model that is not trained on local landmarks. At the same time this is the process that is followed to tag faces, so it may be possible.
