I'm checking through the factor.json file, and I was wondering how some of the values are calculated.
AWS Instance Values
For example, according to the ccf-coefficients/data/aws-instances.csv, c5.4xlarge has an idle CPU wattage of 11.26 and a maximum cpu wattage of 94.15, as well as 32Gb of memory. The factors.json file lists the idle wattage for this instance as 52.0, how do you calculate this?
Grid Efficiency
The grid efficiency data, according to methodology.json, is coming from the 2024 averages in electricitymaps.com. The grid intensity for PJM in 2024 was 403gCO2eq/kWh, while factors.json has 384.5gCO2eq/kWh. Has the average on ElectricityMaps changed since it was queried, or am I missing a data transformation?
Water Efficiency
Your water efficiency data comes from AWS 2023 Sustainability Report. I can only see one WUE value quoted in the report, could you link where the more comprehensive WUE values are found?
