Testing angular-meteor 1.2.0

angular-meteor 1.2.0 should be a better fit to the angular-meteor-platform.

It is built so that you include angular and remove ecmascript and blaze-templates and you are good to go.
Would love for you to test angular@1.2.0-rc.5 and give me feedback before releasing

I tried it locally and it seems to work, but it also seems to have the problem with a hidden jquery dependency if you use attributes on the body tag
