Drop mapbox traces and subplots

New map traces and subplots are added in #7060 based on maplibre.
In version 3 4 of plotly.js we may drop mapbox traces and subplots to reduce the bundle size.

• Remove mapbox based traces
• Remove mapbox based dependencies
• Deprecate https://npm.im/@plotly/mapbox-gl
• Archive https://github.com/plotly/mapbox-gl-js
• Remove the Mapbox* TypeScript types (if they exist)

Once this is implemented, it's probably a good idea to archive plotly/mapbox-gl-js & deprecate @plotly/mapbox-gl
