When an existing cluster, with deployed helm charts, is registered with Sveltos it would be nice to have an option to create ClusterProfile with all helm charts already deployed (so Sveltos can take it over from there).

I have a cluster with few helm charts manually deployed.
I want to register this cluster with Sveltos. Have an option to tell Sveltos automatically detect deployed Helm charts and create a ClusterProfile matching this clusters that contains the Helm charts already present on the cluster.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually create the ClusterProfile.

Helm might add repo URL in 3.17 which is needed for Sveltos to achieve this
