Cannot scroll to the very end with anything other than scroll-thumb

There is one "ret" under the lower edge of the screen. And there is only one way to see it.

I tried: DOWN key, DOWN button on scrollbar, PAGE DOWN key, PAGE DOWN on scrollbar, mouse wheel, touchpad.

The only working thing: physically move the scroll-thumb to the end.

Possibly a HiDPI issue.
