gcr.io/kubebuilder/kube-rbac-proxy:v0.8.0 image is outdated and causing e2e tests to fail

it needs to be updated with something like quay.io/brancz/kube-rbac-proxy

Thanks for opening the issue.

Indeed, that outdated image is the problem. The deprecation of the image was announced a while ago: kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-addon-provider-helm#318.

Replacing the image would be a workaround; however, it seems that the recommended fix by the Kubebuilder team is to remove it: kubernetes-sigs/kubebuilder#3907.

Let me try to fix it.
