[Feature Request] toggles for less noisy pushing

When pushing to a new branch, I need to confirm a dialog; and when pushing to remote by UI, I need to hold a key to skip the dialog.

I (and I suspect most) nearly always push to the same remote time and time again. There should be a toggle to flip the default -- silently "just do it" unless a key is held to require confirmation.

1. For simple workflow, you can use COMMIT & PUSH button
2. When pushing select branch, a confirm dialog is needed.
3. Not most people want this feature like you said. On the contrary, many people believe that there are insufficient optional command arguments supported by push
4. If you really want it, you can create a custom action.
