How to Use this?

I know this is 3 years old, but I'm trying to find a library to accomplish just what it looks like this library did. Is this library still working? If so, how do I run it? I've installed it, I've tried doing

but that didn't work, and as posted on the readMe.md I tried doing

but that didn't get recognized either. So how do I use this Library?
