checkBatchTask.action 可能会直接返回首页的html缓存

如果连续访问几百次 checkBatchTask.action 可能会直接返回首页的html缓存 ，导致后续序列化出错 invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value，
加上 [ ?noCache=0.%d  ](https://github.com/tickstep/cloudpan189-api/blob/073e6d1ab46981aad9a3b8be4ca7998b0da44c41/cloudpan/batch_task.go#L147) 参数后似乎没有出现了，建议检测返回的content-type
