Describe the bug
Hello, and thank you for the excellent application.
I am experiencing one issue: exported videos have no audio.
I am using Recordly v1.3.5, but I also tested v1.3.0, v1.2.4, and v1.1.24. The issue occurs in all of these versions.
Apart from this issue, the application appears to work normally. Both system audio and microphone audio are recorded and can be heard correctly in the editor. However, after exporting the project as an MP4 file, the exported video contains no audio.
I have tested multiple versions to rule out the possibility that this is specific to one release. Since audio works correctly during recording and playback inside the editor, it appears that the issue may occur during the export or audio-encoding process.
I also noticed that Lightning Export fails. The error is shown below:
System information:
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, Build 7601
Intel Core i3-5005U
Intel HD Graphics 5500
12 GB RAM
Recordly is running through VxKex-NEXT on Windows 7
I understand that Windows 7 may not be officially supported. However, Recordly otherwise runs correctly through VxKex-NEXT, including recording, audio capture, and playback in the editor. The issue seems limited to the export process, so I would appreciate it if this could be examined as a possible export or audio-encoding issue rather than being dismissed solely as an unsupported operating system.
Thank you for your time. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide
Expected behavior
Exported Video must contain audio.
I inspected the exported video through ffprobe and it showed no Audio stream
