Feature Request: Command Validation

Some LLMs aren't very good at writing PowerShell. Having a tool to test the validity of a command's syntax before execution would be helpful.

Thank you for the suggestion! Rather than a separate validation tool (which would add a round trip to every command), I plan to build this into execute_command: it will pre-parse the input and, on syntax errors, reply ✗ Pipeline NOT executed (syntax error) with each error's line/column — currently this comes back as an ambiguous "executed with errors". Aiming for an upcoming release.

That will be big help as many LLM are terrible at writing PS. Quoting and improper string interpolation are main culprits. A windows PS 5.1 command validator tool as a standalone call would also be useful to help avoid bricked systems.
