I like this write-up! I like the way it is presented as a report on the event and does not go beyond to describe what should emerge next. That said, there are some interesting ideas inside this report that I view as paths toward best practices or 2i2c-mission-aligned next steps for us to consider as a team. In particular, I think there are sparks around two trajectories:
- MyST is a way to create documents that enable collaboration between and among humans and agents
- Ideas and principles around open source and open infrastructure can provide guidance on how to protect community's sovereignty and agency. (avoid vendor lock-in; make access just instead of restricted to the privileged few; eliminate accidental complexity; build systems that are excellent with minimal token use)

Here's a little blog post about my experience at the GenAI workshop. It's got a few ideas that could be initiatives, but I am also not sure whether they're complex enough. I'd love guidance on the best way to encode any of those (if any) in our ideas for helping communities navigate setup etc with LLM services.
