The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch it to a working alternative so the chart renders again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because its data source relies on the GitHub stargazer API, which no longer works. To get the chart rendering again, this switches to a working star history service. No other changes are made.
